i talk about music a lot, & have a tendency to post songs that are stuck in my head in the hope that they will get stuck in your head instead. you're welcome.
Friends in Tumblr:
H2 is re-airing my pilot again tonight. It’s called HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES IT TAKE, and I am legitimately proud of it. It’s a fun concept: we follow the manufacturing process of some of our favorite stuff (bourbon! playing cards! fireworks!) and meet every person who’s involved. I’m thrilled with how it turned out, and in making it, I got to do my favorite things: learning, meeting folks, and yapping (and in one case, drinkin’). The History people like to take their time making decisions about which of their pilots they want to pick up, so they’re giving us yet another shot tonight: Part 1 at 8pm, part 2 at 11. (All times Eastern.)
PLEASE PLEASE watch or DVR, and tell your friends to do the same. There’s also a text-voting element to it, which is another metric that will weigh into their decision, so if you’re watching, do text in a vote. It don’t cost nothin’ and they won’t spam you. If you’re wondering whether you get H2, find out here.
I love you. You look great today.
last time this aired, i happened to be in jersey so i was able to watch it (and make my parents watch it) and it’s so fascinating! we were totally wrong about how many people it takes to make everything, but half the fun was bickering about it during commercials. if you have access to H2 and you are interested in how things are made, def check it out. plus dave holmes is totally charming!
